Thank you for your interest in volunteering at the Interfaith Food Pantry Network! We rely heavily on volunteers to help us achieve our mission. We have many on-staff and intermittent opportunities that need volunteers like you.
About volunteering
Our mission is to provide opportunities for neighbors to help neighbors. We have approximately 250 “staff” volunteers who make our organization run, plus another ~1,000 who work with us as part of a one-time or periodical group.

Current volunteer openings
Distribution-Tuesday and Wednesday Evenings
2 Executive Drive, Morris Plains, NJ
2-3 volunteers needed per shift
Tuesday and Wednesday Evenings 5:30-8pm
Distribution volunteers work directly with clients to “shop” in the pantry for groceries. These positions are either weekly, biweekly, or monthly depending on the day chosen. Must be able to stand on your feet for the entire shift and must be comfortable interacting with others.
Distribution – Saturday
2 Executive Drive, Morris Plains, NJ
3-4 volunteers needed per shift
Saturday Mornings 9:30-12pm
Distribution volunteers work directly with clients to “shop” in the pantry for groceries. These positions are either weekly, biweekly, or monthly depending on the day chosen. Must be able to stand on your feet for the entire shift and must be comfortable interacting with others.
Bi-Lingual Community Outreach
Various events around Morris County
3-4 Volunteers Needed
Bi-Lingual Volunteers are needed on an occasional basis to represent IFPN at community outreach events. Training will be provided.
